Hi there, and welcome to Your Sanctuary Space.
My name is Tania and I created this community as a place of connection and comfort for women to give back to themselves - a void I was feeling in my own life. I bring to my clients specialised expertise, holding a Diploma in Professional & Life Coaching, a certified Reiki practitioner and Mindfulness trainer.
I have a deep understanding of the daily pressures we, as women, experience. Being a mother of two, a wife, a businesswoman, a daughter, sister and a friend, I am consistently trying (and sometimes failing) to find the balance between caring for others and protecting my space and peace.
